1, Determine Location

 

In accordance with the construction drawings and site conditions, determine the scope and objectives need to be monitored firstly, then determine a reasonable installation location, obtain the exact coordinates of the point and make a record.

 

2, Excavation

Remove ground surface debris, according to the point that draw a line through the determined definitively pit length and width, then mechanical or human excavation. To pit depth is generally permissible deviation of + 100mm, -50mm.

 

3,Tower Lifting and installation

 

3.1,In order to make sure that the main stem of verticality, before lifting, please adjust all nuts of the bottom mounting plate to meet the same horizontal plane.

3.2 Before the lifting, considering the center of gravity about whole tower, the stress point of lifting operation must be higher than the center of gravity

3.3 Hoisting parts choose the position as high as possible, so that can reach a larger vertical degree when installation.

 

3.4,

When axis body placed on the ground tighten the nuts firstly, install all based screws as soon as possible, and adjust nuts at level meanwhile. Secondly, Both the peak and the bottom of the axis should perpendicular to the ground.

Generally, two 90 - degree direction of messenger wire as main measurement method. If eccentric, pole body should be tighten bolts from far side of the center of gravity.

 

Note: the higher lever, the greater the sensitivity adjustment. After the anchor bolts, should prevent illegal loose nut. The common practice is to use double nuts to prevent loosening.

4,Hoisting of Wind turbine

4.1,The crane will hoist wind turbine to meet the strut top flange centre, three cables from wind turbines through and lead to the tower connection at the bottom of the hole

4.2 Adjust the position of wind turbine, make its flange with the strut top flange and insert the bolt hole location.

 

4.3, After confirm all cables are properly connected, locking bolts.

5,Control cabinet installation

5.1,Control cabinet near the foundation part of the wind turbine installation, fixed control cabinet on the base

 

5.2,The position of control cabinet should be based on a concrete foundation, and embedded anchor bolts at a fixed cabinet .

 

5.3,Line pipes and interfaces are not exposed ,cables between control cabinet and the tower through embedded galvanizing line pipe connection.

5.4,Wiring connection system according to the wiring diagram.

 

6Debugging and Commissioning

Idling inspection before debugging, including:

6.1,Grounding resistance test

6.2,The line insulation resistance testing

6.3,The performance test of distribution cabinet, wind turbine rotating test

6.4The detection of hydraulic braking system

6.5,System debugging both on controller and pneumatic reduction

6.6,On-grid inverter debugging

 

7 Once the idling test of wind turbine finished, It enters into the on-grid system debugging

    and commissioning stage.

 

7.1,Standby without wind, the cutting-out period in strong wind , normal reset time should not included during whole testing .

 

7.2  During the period of 48 hours commissioning, down time for more than 1 hour or cumulative failure time more than 2 hours, 48 hours to commissioning, timing again.

 

7.3,Wind turbines in commissioning qualified can put into application field.
